Össur CTi3 Knee Brace
The Össur CTi3 is a double upright knee brace designed to give the knee more stability and protection, both front to back and side to side. It is suitable for everyday activities and for sport.
Its frames are made from a lightweight, high-strength carbon composite, and it is shaped to fit a wide range of leg shapes.

Össur lists the CTi3 for knee conditions that may benefit from increased stability and protection, such as:
- ACL injuries
- PCL injuries
- MCL injuries
- LCL injuries
- Rotary and combined instabilities of the knee
A knee injury or condition should be assessed before selecting a brace, particularly where there is significant pain, swelling, instability or difficulty bearing weight.

How to choose your size
You need two measurements: the width of the knee from side to side at the joint, and the circumference of the thigh 20 cm above the centre of the kneecap. Össur notes that the knee width is the preferred and most accurate measurement; the thigh measurement is a guide. Choose the leg the brace is for as well as the size.
